1. Tell me about yourself.
Yes, Tell me about yourself. This is the first question they are going to ask you in any interview, Because they would like to know a little bit about yourself.
Just think about it, If you meet a new person then obviously you would like to know what does he do and a little about him or she. Them the first question would be his name, Right.
Similarly,You will have to start your introduction with your name. Well, For fresher and experienced job seeker the introduction is different. So, we will get into that later, i will give the link for the post below.
2.Why Did You Leave Your Last Job.
In case you are experienced then the second question is defiantly going to be Why Did You Leave Your Last Job. Tell them in detail and honestly. Let them understand why did you left your job and why are you looking for job change if you are still working with your current company.
Remember to be confident and dont be under pressured and afraid. You are simply there to offer your services.
For example :
You have your own successful company and you are interviewing someone and the candidate seems under pressured and nervous. Will you hire him?
Off course not, Because you are looking for the perfect candidate to hire for your job. And there is almost infinite no of candidates out there for your job. Why would you hire him?

Interviewer is going to ask this question as a way to determine whether or not you have researched about the company. Just think about it, If you are going to buy a smartphone then obviously you are going to do a little research about the product right.
The best way to prepare for this question is you will have to do your homework and learn about the products, services, mission and history of this company. Why is the company best for you.
While answering this question remember to tell them in detailed about what specifically this company interest you. Explain why your qualities are suitable for this job.
4. What Is Your Greatest Strength.
This is the question you should be waiting for. In this question, You are going to hit your goal. Because, When you will be asked What Is Your Greatest Strength?
You are simply going to tell what strength you have and why you are the right candidate for this job and tell them about your strengths and dont just tell them i can do this and that, Those are bull-shit.

This is kinda tricky question, The interviewer is going to ask this question to see how much you are interested in this job than salary by asking you how much you are expecting. You should say best in the industry dont say more than that.
7.Why Should We Hire You.
AHH!, Most important question which is kinda similar to What Is Your Greatest Strength. Similar, Just like i said before first you have to research about the position you are applying for. Then you have to extract which strengths of yours is suitable for this job.
8.Where do you see yourself in five years.
Nice question, You should have some goals then you would simply able to answer this question. It is really quite simple question. You should be considerate about the company and you have to imagine you are going to work for the company for long time.
The answer should be similar to this that you are going to be leading a team of yours and you will be training news like yourself right now and you will be the most knowledgeable person about the position given to you.
That should be able to satisfy the interviewer.
9.What are your goals for the future.
Next question is most likely be the future goals of yours. Sometimes most candidate depending on this question answer secure there position in there job. You should be passionate about that and answer should be realistic and should be able to catch your interviewers focus.
10. Do You Have Any Questions For Me?
If everything goes right and the interviewer is really looking to hire some one and not just messing around. Then the final question is defenatly going to be Do You Have Any Questions For Me? You should ask him how long has he been working with the company and what does he think.
